It is said that team work devides the task and double the success.Smart leaders always recognise the importance of group consultataion. They know that the sucees of a cooperating unit is much higher than even the group's best problem solver functioning alone.

Today in most organizations work is assigned to teams . How ever not all teams achieve the success that is expected of a team. If you observe closely , you will notice there is an important reason behind this. The success or failure of a team resists to a good extent on the decision taken by the team. More often leaders are reluctant to seek inputs from the team. By virtue of greater experience, skills or knowledge. a leader is believed to be the most competent problem solver on the team and therefor he decides to go it alone.

Not seeking advice is a common error commited by far too many leaders. It oftern leads to inferior choices defective solutions and avoidable mistakes that invariably hampers the prospects of the team.
If you are a leader , prudence lies in extracting the best out of the team.

The perfect half.

I am pretty sure that everybody does have their own creativity in finding out a a good wife since the time they realized that a female is necessary to make the life complete . Everday they give some color to their thoughts and it become more colorful when the time is around for him to get married.It is a different experience when u start thinking around those things where you are going to get married.

Life is a mistery , its all the play of god , who wrote the script for the individuals life and given to them , acting is up to those who get the opportunites to make the play a success. Which depends on the protagonists.Its an everyday , more correcly an every moment action which makes a life success. I started thinking about my life since my school days o you could say when i realized what life is. Used to obseve my mother closely the way she faces every moments , good or bad and reacted to that. She is an idol for me , and the person who most encouraged me and being the reason for my todays shape.Hats off to my mother , the great personality. I always had the concept of a wife who has got atleast half of my mother's qualitis. I am sure that god knows me much better than anybody else and given me all what I have never thought of. Also I am sure that HE must have decided to give me a great wife who can share my rest of the life and make it fantastic . Welcome my dear dearest.......waiting for u........

Where I was busy in..?

Its been exactly two months now that i posted in this ...where I was busy.....no idea ...life is like an infinite loop in an algoritham....am trying to find a lil bit of the meaning of life....but where ..its like an ocean I could't even find the meaning of a drop at least.

Now a days tragedies has become an enigma in my life....some times i think is it only happening with me...?. No, everybody has their on problems which become private secret for someone and others its like an open book. I like to share tragedies in my life only to someone who is a best listner , a best judge , an adviser..............I found many , but none them meets 60% of these qualities, hence all my feelings are still in a dorment state within my heart only...weeping inside the four walls.....!!!.....

In search of some one...is it time...? no idea....my journey is continuing....

B-tech Costs.

What we believe is we are the Best.....now a days I started analyzing me.....getting more preassure from parents to get married.!!.I asked myself, is it time for me to get married..?. No answer is heard from down the heart...may be silence is a tken of acceptance.. Yes..even I thought Ok let me obey myu parents...I started looking for a girl...more clearly ..started imagining what kind of a girl she should be...(Eventhouth this thought is there with every humanbeing since he realize that the life is complete only with a partner). I never had a partner preference, since I know what everything God gives for me is always great.....

One fineday I registered (with my friend's compelsion ) in Bharatmatrimony, I started getting "Show interest " messages every alternate days from many girls/ their parents. I didn't care for many days....and I happened to recieve an interest message from a good looking girl......as everything is external appearence which attracts though we know that they are deceive I also got attracted towards her....called up....her father picked up...." after explaining A-Z he said we are looking for B-tech Guys...!!. I was thinking what the hell this B-tech has to do when I have a good academic profile and a hightech job with 50K inhand every month , I could simply look after a family....let them go to hell.....I thought ..i will have some one made for me as for everyone...I am still looking for it....

How do we forget....?..they are the soul

This was narrated by an IAF pilot to IIT students during a Seminar on Human Relations:

Venkatesh Balasubramaniam (who works for IIT) describes how his gesture of booking an air ticket for his father, his maiden flight, brought forth a rush of emotions and made him (Venkatesh) realize that how much we all take for granted when it comes to our parents.

My parents left for our native place on Thursday and we went to the airport to see them off. In fact, my father had never traveled by air before, so I just took this opportunity to make him experience the same. In spite of being asked to book tickets by train, I got them tickets on Jet Airways. The moment I handed over the tickets to him, he was surprised to see that I had booked them by air. The excitement was very apparent on his face, waiting for the time of travel. Just like a school boy, he was preparing himself on that day and we all went to the airport, right from using the trolley for his luggage, the bagg! age check-in and asking for a window seat and waiting restlessly for the security check-in to happen. He was thoroughly enjoying himself and I, too, was overcome with joy watching him experience all these things

As they were about to go in for the security check-in, he walked up to me with tears in his eyes and thanked me. He became very emotional and it was not as if I had done something great but the fact that this meant a great deal to him.

When he said thanks, I told him there was no need to thank me. But later, thinking about the entire incident, I looked back at my life.

As a child, how many dreams our parents have made come true. Without understanding the financial situation, we ask for cricket bats, dresses, toys, outings, etc Irrespective of their affordability, they have catered to all our needs. Did we ever think about the sacrifices they had to make to accommodate many of our wishes? Did we ever say thanks for all that they have done for us? Same way, today when it comes to our children,we always think that we should put them in a good school. Regardless of the amount of donation, we will ensure that we will have to give the child the best, theme parks, toys, etc. But we tend to f! orget that our parents have sacrificed a lot for our sake to see us happy, so it is our responsibility to ensure that their dreams are realized and what they failed to see when they were young. It is our responsibility to ensure that they experience all those and their life is complete. Many times, when my parents had asked me some questions, I have actually answered back without patience. When my daughter asks me something, I have been very polite in answering. Now I realize how they would have felt at those moments.

Let us realize that old age is a second childhood and just as we take care of our children, the same attention and same care needs to be given to our parents and elders. Rather than my dad saying thank you to me, I would want to say sorry for making him wait so long for this small dream. I do realize how much he has sacrificed for my sake and I will do my best to give the best possible attention to all their wishes. Just because they are old does not mean that they will have to give up everything and keep sacrificing for their grandchildren also. They have wishes, too!!!!

Parents are Precious though we tend to understand that late- Better late than never!!!!!!!!1

Ouija Board

Ouija = the belief one can receive messages during a séance by the Ouija

board (also called talking board, spirit board) and planchette. The

fingers of the participants are placed on the planchette which then

moves about a board covered with numbers, letters and symbols so as to

spell out messages.

Ouija is a trademark for the talking board currently sold by Parker

Brothers. While the word is not a genericized trademark, it has become a

trademark which is often used generically to refer to any talking board.


Some users believe that paranormal or supernatural forces are at work in

spelling out Ouija board answers. Skeptics believe that those using the

board either consciously or unconsciously select what is read. To prove

this, simply try it blindfolded for some time, having an innocent

bystander take notes on what letters are selected. Usually, the result

will be unintelligible non-sense.

I am not there to point out real or perceived flaws but ... normally I

dont believe anything of this kind, there may be people who believe

this...cheers to them , let their belief save them ):- What u say....?

Franking -----2 B frank I never knew

I never knew what is franking.it was last friday that i happened to know

about this. Got borred sitting in the room alone (though i liked

loneliness), thought of going to the nearest video library insearch of

some new mallu movies, to my surprise there was no more video CDs

available in the market because of the new rules and regulation which

kerala high court put in effect from last few days.I didn't have

anything elseto do , thought of going to the bank where I had some

problems with a DD which I had recently sent to my mom in kerala. That

is a big story if I open it up. In connection to that I wanted to meet

the manager over there in the bank. He was already scrampled with many

other issues , i came to know that far before I opened up my issue

before him. Contrary to my expectaion he wsa a cool chap, showed

patience to look in to my issue in depth and finally he asked me to get

a declaration fraked and submit to him so as to initiate the remedy for

my issue. " Franked"...?. I never knew what is franking , how ever my

inner mind didn't allow me to ask him what is franking.

In the front office of the bank i saw the board "may I help u", i just

moved to that girl , asked her " Where can I get this franked". There is

an HDFC bank just near to this u can get this done there. I got

surprised, being an international bank why cant these guys could do this

when this HDFC bank could do this, I was not ready for a debate rather I

wanted to get my issue cleared out , so I left for the HDFC bank.

Can I get this Franked..? I asked the lady officer who was there in the

help desk of the HDFC bank, Franking we do only at FC road she said and

resumed.It was almost 2 o clock in the afternoon , I didnt have lunch

also(never liked to have it from the low class restaurants in pune) ,

all my time I spent with the bank officer explaining the issue.I cursed

myself in taking a decesion to order the demand draft online.Its been a

month now ,to my fate it is not reached my mom, she was much worried

than me.

I took an auto for FC road, it was going through the streets

which I have never seen in my 6 month life in Pune, my thoughts took me

to somewhere else , I Was not seeing what is happening on my both sides,

finally the auto stopped somewhere, sir this is FC road, i was running

in to the bank which was just on the roadside.

Franking...?, I asked the front officer, 4th counter sir, she said. "

The board at the 4th counter read "Franking will not be done from here

still further notice", my breath stopped, useless coming all the way

here, I aksed the officer where else i can get this done now, he was

totally pressured his face read, there is an IDBI bank which is

oppoisite to this, he said.I looked around for the IDBI bank and finally

managed to reach there.Was it opposite to that HDFC as he said ....?,

never .

Some how I filled up all the formalities and moved to the counter where

they do the franking. Franking can be done only for unsigned documents

he said and gave me that paper looking for the next customer in line .

All my blood got clotted, I had nothing to do. I looked around and asked

him again, why this is so..? he said ,this is the rule that the document

should not be signed and dated.

I came out of the queue and approached a lady officer she was sitting in

the next cabin. She said I can't do anyhting that is a separate

department itself. You can give a try in requesting that officer , she

showed me someone sitting in the other corner.I explained to him my

situation , he was kind enough to get that done.

I got that paper "Franked". I staired at that document...ohhh this is

franking...?. I know it before , even the machine by which this franking

is done I have seen in my previous company.


Franking is called as the " Royal mail" .

Any way I gave that document back to my bank and I returned

home.......my one holiday got screwed up with "Franking..."(But I could

get to know something). I was so tired and slept as soon as I saw my

bed.
